1. General Terms

By using the services provided by Earth Clean Company, including its subdivisions, Earth Bin Cleaning and Earth Turf Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the provision of trash bin cleaning and turf cleaning services and outline customer responsibilities and company policies.

2. Trash Bin Cleaning Service

2.1 Recommended Cleaning Schedule

We recommend having your trash bins professionally cleaned every three (3) months to prevent odor, bacteria buildup, and pest infestations. Customers seeking more frequent cleanings can opt for our Pro Plan.

2.2 Trash Bin Availability & Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure their trash bins are emptied and placed in a visible, accessible location at the front of their property on their scheduled cleaning day.
• If trash remains in the bin after the collection service, we will make every effort to proceed with cleaning. However, if there is excess waste beyond the usual amount, we may reschedule service at our discretion.
• If a customer fails to place their bin out for service, a $25 trip charge will apply, and we are not required to return the same day. A rescheduled cleaning will occur at our earliest convenience.
• We are not responsible for damage or alterations made to trash bins in the process of performing our cleaning service.
• For customers with separate trash and recycling collection days, bins must be left empty on trash collection day for proper cleaning.

2.3 Service Commitment & Billing

• Our bin cleaning services do not require a long-term contract; however, we request an initial commitment of three (3) cleanings.
• If a customer chooses to cancel before completing the three cleanings, a final cleaning will be charged before termination of service.
• Billing is processed automatically each quarter following the completion of each scheduled service.

2.5 Liability & Access Restrictions

• Our team will not enter customers’ backyards to retrieve bins due to safety concerns, including the presence of dogs and potential legal liabilities.
• Bins must be placed curbside or at the front of the home in a location clearly visible to our driver.

3. Turf Cleaning Service

3.1 Turf Cleaning Process

Our turf cleaning service includes:

• Debris Removal: High-powered blowers clear loose dirt, leaves, and debris.
• Deep Brushing: Power brushes lift turf fibers and remove embedded pet hair and fine dirt.
• Sanitization: Pressure washing removes bacteria, pet waste, and outdoor contaminants.
• Eco-Friendly Treatment: A biodegradable cleaning solution is applied to eliminate bacteria, maintain turf appearance, and leave a fresh scent.
• Optional Infill Application: Infill may be added to enhance odor control and maintain turf resilience.

3.2 Pricing Adjustments

• Additional charges may apply based on the following factors:
  • Excessive pet waste accumulation
  • The number of dogs at the property
  • Increased need for debris removal
  • Rising chemical costs
  • Any other relevant cleaning considerations
• Customers will be notified in advance of any price adjustments and must agree before being charged.

3.3 Customer Responsibilities & Liability

• Customers must ensure pets are kept indoors for at least 15 minutes after the cleaning is completed to allow for proper sanitization and drying.
• Earth Turf Cleaning is not liable for harm to animals as long as customers follow the technician’s safety recommendations regarding pet re-entry.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Trash bin cleaning services require a minimum of three (3) cleanings before cancellation. If canceled earlier, a final service charge will apply.
• Turf cleaning services do not require a long-term commitment and can be canceled at any time.
• Refunds will not be issued for missed services due to customer negligence (e.g., failure to place bins out for cleaning).

5. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Earth Clean Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
